It is always a real treat to visit this litttle spot by the river Dart, whatever the weather there is always something so energising about this place. The sounds of wildlfe, the changing colours and light, the tides. I really enjoy how each season provides such a feast for the senses, in texture and atmosphere, ryhthm and emotions.
This small drawing is on a pastel paper and was intiated using found pigments, a small puddle of water and some dead fallen reed stems. i realished every moment of my two hours alone drawing and printing on to various surfaces with materials that nature had provided.
